Laffitte's Foods

Meet the chef:  Dixie Pittman has two passions in life, cooking and gardening.  After spending over 25 years in the retail garden center business in south Arkansas, she has shifted gears to pursue her "other love".  Each jar of Laffitte's Cajun Pickles and Candied Jalapenos has been lovingly prepared by Dixie.  There's no fancy equipment and no corporate hierarchy....when you open each jar, you're enjoying pickles and peppers hand prepared by Dixie and when you give us a call, most likely it's her voice you will hear on the other end of the line. 

Laffitte's mission is to share great products with great people we consider a part of our Laffitte's family.  It's never an inconvenience to receive a call or email from customers, in fact, it's a thrill.  We hope you enjoy our products as much as we love sharing them with you.

Laffitte's has roots deep in Cajun country and although the company has been transplanted to south Arkansas, the recipes and the spirit will always be true to their Cajun history.
